As an incentive based trip, Lighthouse Franchisor and its vendors took 9 franchisees on a 5-day cruise of the Caribbean. Onboard we had two formal meetings but mostly this was about celebrating a good year and getting to know business partners better.

In Cozumel some of us went to the beach together and in Belize we had a group snorkeling cruise to the barrier reef. Every night we got together for a group dinner where all had some great food, adult beverages and great fun!
