Customer Care Maintenance Service

The Lighthouse annual maintenance contract guarantees a priority response to customer service calls. It's a great way to protect the investment you made in your lighting system and to make sure you have years of enjoyment from the beauty outdoor lighting brings to your home and gardens.

With Lighthouse Customer Care maintenance service, you receive a full one year warranty on all bulbs and complete system maintenance at one incredibly low fixed fee. Under a maintenance contract we also come out once a year and perform the following services:

Replace all lamps in the system
Trim back any ground cover or foliage that may be blocking the light
Re-position the light fixture to make sure it is in the optimal location
Check voltages to insure all fixtures are running at the correct voltage

These services guarantee that your Lighthouse system will always look as good as it did the day it was installed. All lamps replaced under our maintenance contract are guaranteed for one year and with your Lifetime Warranty on your lights and transformers that means your Lighthouse system is worry free.

To get started, just complete the "Request Customer Care" form and a Lighthouse representative will contact you to explain the details of the Lighthouse Customer Care Program.
